✨Saturday evening, after walking through the @lasendacr labyrinth (see previous reel for reference), I experienced my first ever sound journey (a.k.a sound bath) led by @puravidavibrations which brought me from meditation to a dreamlike state all while receiving many subconscious messages to guide me. The one that stood out to me the most was: “Alyssa, be here now.” Which makes sense bc right before I arrived to the labyrinth something very minor was troubling my spirit. The sound journey helped me release it and focus on what mattered the most in that moment. After the sound journey, we had a lovely farm to table dinner from the @lasendacr organic garden prepared by @nachoirg & @carlosgamboa_h. Everything was perfect, from the connections that were made at the table, the flavors of the food, the energized water from the well, the presentation, and the ambiance. I made some new friends from Costa Rica who all felt like I’ve known them before. The connection was so strong and pure. That was a reminder to myself that we are all truly connected. I look forward to more sound journeys guided by Lau & Jerad of @puravidavibrations. This experience was one for the books.
