Have you ever wondered how a Christmas tree ornament is made? We took a field trip to a factory in Warsaw to find out.🎄 Through our Safe Healing and Learning Spaces initiative, we give children who’ve been affected by conflict and crisis room to play, interact and heal with others facing similar situations. Says Sofia, SHLS participant: “We paint, we play, whatever we want... we cry. We do everything there.” On this trip, kids had a chance to have a moment of joy, see how Christmas balls are produced and decorate their ornaments. These are the kinds of memories every child deserves to make. 💛
