Hello 2022 BeachWashedTM️ I’ve been deeply reflecting on my identity as an artist and how much I have evolved over time while deepening my own personal brand with the creation of @beachwashedofficial It all started with this calling to redefine the way “beach hair” is designed from a hairstylists point of view including elements of : dimension, shadow, tone, texture, shape, & style. So, I began to model my techniques after the “real thing” - my clients raw hair. It didn’t take much effort to see the patterns and similarities with the majority of them being pro surfers & bikini designers, and ultimately “beach going people.” They way their hair looked from simply being in the salt & sun just hit different than a head of classic highlights with a few curls added in. In my perspective.. Authentic beach hair has significant distinctions that make it appear organically “beachy.” Now it’s my obsession to structure ways to recreate & customize the look in-salon. I feel that this has truly lead me down a natural path of conceptualizing my artistry & vision into an inclusive brand that many can share in & enjoy. Wether or not you live by the sea, with my crafted techniques & upcoming products.. You can take take the ocean with you🐚 @ivuss been a client / bestie of mine for a couple years now and we’ve been become close friends 🤍 she naturally has the prettiest texture, here I challenged my self to recreate it manually with my BW waver and here are the results. I’m toying with the idea of revealing this special technique at in my live events this year. Should I reveal this trade secret?
