I have been very excited to share what @ryannkearney and I have been up to for the past 3 months! This was one of the most beautiful and stressful things we as partners have taken on. Long days crammed inside a sweat box stepping over each other, getting rained out, shit breaking, daily runs to the hardware store, so many bugs, and the fact that RV parts are completely different than auto or residential parts. We got to a point where we ordered 5 different options and fittings with the hope that one would work. It was a lot. A lot of learning and laughing, paint seeping between the smell of body oder and sweat. But we did it and it feels so good. We restored this cutie without contracting anyone for anything. This called for new plumbing, water heater, toilet, sink installs, interior and exterior paint jobs, tiling, updated electrical, flooring, and pretty much everything else you can think of except for the microwave was great. All of that to make something which is comfortable and important to us. We wanted a home to travel in but also a place that fits our personalities and ultimately something we wanted to dwell in. I could go on and on but here is the Moonlight Patrol. ❤️
