Absolutely loved our refreshing Melon & Mint gin and tonics this weekend 🍈🌱 Never tried this combo before but it turned up delicious ! Also swapped ice cubes to crushed ice and decorated it with mint leaf ,slice of fresh melon and a little flower from @flourish_manchester 🪷🧊 Recipe bellow : Fresh melon (1/4 mushed with fresh mint . Add 4 shots of gin ( if serving two ) I just used double shots but feel free to add a single shot and set aside . Fill up a glass with some crushed ice , add gin melon and mint mix , top up with tonic water . Decorate with slice of melon and fresh mint ! Enjoy ! Must be 18+ and over, please drink responsibly.
