It was such an immense privilege to have worked with Hillary. I was such a huge fan of the Wolf Hall books before working on the plays and the fact that she was so involved in the process was thrilling. I have never met anyone like her. Her knowledge and wit. Her unique eloquence made you hang onto her every word. Her emails were utterly delightful. I feel so lucky to have been part of bringing her work to life. Her books will be read forever.
