LEVEL 1- 45lbs BB/ Dual 15lbs DB
LEVEL 2- 65lbs BB/Dual 25lbs DB
LEVEL 3- 95lbs BB/Dual 35lbs DB
B1. Rear Foot Elevated Split Squat
4 x 8-10/side, no tempo
RPE 9-10
Rest 2:00
LEVEL 1- 10-15lbs
LEVEL 2- 20-25lbs
LEVEL 3- 30lbs+
*you can use DB, KB, BB just as long as you are consistent with that medium throughout the cycle.
C1. Prone Banded Hamstring Curl
3 x12-15 reps, tempo @ 2 sec in, 2 sec hold
moderate band restistance
