Blueberry Lavender Matcha 🍵🫐 It’s officially spring, which means getting into the more fruity and floral syrups which I’m so stoked for 🥹 This syrup pairs SO well with Frauth matcha (@Matcha Mommy)! Here is the recipe: - 1 cup sugar - 1 cup water - 1 cup frozen blueberries - 1-2tbs of lavender depending on how strong you want the lavender taste to be! - combine sugar and water over heat until dissolved, and then add the blueberries. Put over medium high heat until boiling, turn down to a simmer and add the dried lavender. Let it simmer for 15-20 min, stirring occasionally. Throughout this I also mash the blueberries to get as much of the flavor out as possible!
