1. Anti-Rotation chops x 20
2. Lateral Chops x 20
3. Anti-rotation walk outs x 20
Key tips -
Pick a light enough resistance band π
Donβt forget to repeat it all facing both sides π
Grab the band fully in the hand closest to the bases and hold other hand on top, isolating your core each side π
