SEEN LIBRARY book exchange 🖤 Join @seenlibrary for an intimate event with @spaceoftimestudio and @tea__at__shiloh, where we’ll be exploring the practice of grounding by connecting with ourselves and each other through a guided meditation and community book exchange. Through shared time and conversation, the afternoon will be devoted to clearing personal space for the week and individual journeys ahead. Each guest will be able to take home a handpicked book curated by #seenlibrary and a sensory meditative set from @spaceoftimestudio.
