My grandmother Clara Miles is a huge part of Texas history! Her Soul Food Resturant in South Dallas CLARA’S KITCHEN made her a millionaire in the 80’s... Sammy Davis Jr, Ertha Kit, Mike Tyson, and a list of so many would frequent her Resturant! I went to interview people in the community about my grandmother for a future project, and everyone said the same thing... how amazing she was to everyone in the community...
