Available at GsonSunday.com Inspired by my love for automotive, architecture and design, this 1959 Chevrolet Brookwood Incensory has been a passion project of mine for over a year. Ever since I saw @mr_rhythm ’s wagon at our 2022 G’s on Sunday x Hot Wheels meet sitting low and heavy on the pavement, blinds behind the windows and flares stretching down its body, I’ve been trying to find a way to make it my own. As time went on, and it sat in my mind, I began to develop an idea for a collectors piece, something limited, never before done and something special that could elevate any room, table or setting. I wanted it to feel refined, yet raw, with a soft and elegant finish that could aesthetically blend with its environment. And from creative to conception, execution to development, this first-of its-kind Incesory became a product of trial and error aimed to deliver a nostalgic tone and reverence to the LA car culture that continues to inspire the G’s on Sunday brand. - The ’59 Brookwood Incensory features a removable roof that reveals a compartment deep enough to hold incense cones. After the incense is lit and roof is replaced, its cracked windows allow for the cabin to bleed smoke and emanate a ‘hot box’ effect for the duration of the burn. Each vehicle has been made by hand by Louis Dos Santos and is a compliment to any desk, shelf or coffee table. It can be used as an incense burner, key valet, jewelry box or ash tray for any home, office or garage collection. I would especially like to thank Louis Dos Santos for taking on this project all while maintaining complete radio silence until we developed and perfected the product you see today. I appreciate your patience and persistence through it all my brother. And of course thank you to Carlos Ponce for your help in the creative and video executions bringing this to market. $165 + shipping [direct link in bio]
