#FBF to this evening in Thailand. This moment was huge for me... I’m an adventurous person. I’ll try ALMOST anything. You can say I kinda live on the edge. But this moment right here?! WHEW! Y’all... I don’t have a fear of heights but I have a fear of cliffs and I literally hiked up a mountain and the entire top was a cliff. I thought about hiking back down at first but I wanted to conquer my fear so I walked the cliff and sat on its edge! 😳 Now... I suffer from anxiety but have learned to control it through the years—this moment was the hardest to control it!😩 But I did so well that no one even knew I was having an attack! Did I conquer my fear? I did in that moment but I’m sure if you put me on another cliff I’ll go through the same ish 😆. But, I was very proud of myself in the end for conquering my fear and controlling my anxiety so fast! Go me!!! SN: I hate when ppl write books on IG. I promise this will be my 1st AND last! 😂 (the one about my Gma and Bday trip doesn’t count )
