Located in the heart of Tokyo, the Hiroo Residence was recently renovated by renowned @keijiashizawadesign for the 8th case study by leading Japanese wooden furniture manufacturer @karimokucasestudy. For this project, we’ve created a bespoke coffee table, taking its cue from its predecessor, the N-ST01 side table – playing on the balance between light and heavy. The simple yet solid wooden construction supports the rounded marble top in a subtle way, emphasizing the honest relationship between the natural materials. Photography by @kentomoooo
