Kam Ying (Kamyi) Lee is a Los Angeles-based interdisciplinary artist and video designer who is interested in contemporary and experimental uses of digital media. Focusing on video design, immersive design, and interactive programming in art installations and live performances, Kamyi explores the possibilities of how art can go beyond two dimensions and hopes to forge new relationships between humans and their surroundings by integrating different uses of technologies. Her selected video design and interactive video credits include: Divine Comedy International Theatre Festival (Poland), Casa0101 Theater, Hudson Theater, Heidi Duckler Dance and CultureHub LA, Long Beach Pump Festival, REDCAT, Walt Disney Modular Theater, Sharon Lund Disney Dance Theater, Macau Arts Festival, Santa Paula Arts Museum, Digital Arts Expo, Los Angeles Vortex Dome, and the Los Angeles Automata. She has a Master of Fine Arts in Interactive Media for Performance from CALARTS.
