After 11 years of fighting for this movie, I can’t believe tomorrow will be our first shoot day. As I sit on the precipice of a day I’ve dreamt about for more than a decade, I can’t believe how calm and confident I feel. I don’t feel scared... which is shocking. But it also kinda makes sense. I’ve seen this play out in my head every way imaginable. Kind of like a soon-to-be parent might imagine what their child will be like.
