Wow wow wow go check out this lovely piece by the incredibly talented @mehryeats for @bonappetitmag that just dropped! I never thought we'd ever be featured in such a high profile way 🙈 it's surreal, it's scary, it's humbling. We just wanted to open a lil spot where we could work gently and honor the folks we love and the food we love to eat. We never saw HAGS as a revolution. This one is dedicated to all y'all, the folks who support us, who have helped guide our vision via the AMA's and generous one-on-one convos. And to our staff, who have taken the raw clay of what Camille and I dreamt up and have helped further define it over the past few weeks.
