today marks 4 months of therapy🥳 for years i’ve been saying i wanted to go and this year i put in the effort of finding a therapist that i connected with, and then held myself accountable to going every week and i am proud of myself for it! sometimes they’re at home, sometimes they’re at her office, sometimes they’re while i’m away, but i always find time and look forward to every session. honestly, therapy has become my biggest flex! like ‘hey i’m learning about myself and having a better understanding of allll that makes me, ME while also growing, healing, setting boundaries and properly communicating’💫🫶🏼 YA THATS PRETTY COOL💖 my dms are always open for anyone with questions, i get quite a few whenever i share things like this and am always happy to help share resources💫🧠🤍
