My heart has been heavy lately and my mental health hasn’t been great. A very big chapter of my life recently came to a close in an extremely painful way, and it’s been difficult to come to terms with both how and why it happened. Suffice it to say, sometimes we love the wrong person for us and as beautiful as love itself is, that kind of love does not end well.
