Self-love starts first with being comfortable in your own SKIN. We are so excited to finally release our favorite image from this SKINS editorial. This image has been my desktop background since I shot it. This was my first time shooting a concept that comes from my own personal experiences. Growing up I struggled internally with my identity because I was bullied, overlooked, segregated or discrimated in school or at work. It affected my self-esteem socially as a young adolescent but as I transitioned on to my young adult life- experience and maturity taught me acceptance, forgiveness and the ability to not let it reduce my life goals. We all are guilty of making judgements but also have the ability to learn from them. This is what it means to be "human".
