Our Weekend loaf is a seeded whole wheat with flours from Beiler, Small Valley Milling, and @nextstepfarmers. Seeds are sunflower, flax, and poppy. Other breads are our campagne, polenta rosemary campagne, baguettes, epi and tordu, baguette rolls, and multiseed loaves. Also pictured are shiro plum danishes and chanterelle snails.
