Using the Waterproof Micellar Cleansing Water, saturate a reusable Garnier Eco Pad and hold it over the eye, pressing down gently for a few seconds gently wipe away eye makeup. 3. I like to double cleanse, so after cleansing with a foaming wash, I like to do one more pass with micellar water and check the Eco Pad to see if there’s any makeup left on my skin.
