All you need is a bowl and whisk and you’ve got a simple but delicious cake for any day of the week🙌🏾 Ingredients below! 225g plain flour 180g caster sugar 2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt grated zest of 1/2 a lemon 3 eggs 100g unsalted butter, melted 2 tsp vanilla bean paste 3 tbsp oil 100g plain yoghurt or sour cream Bake for 50-55 mins at 180C/160C fan/350F
