AT HOME BURN!
Itβs a workout in your kitchen type day for me lol!
This quick at home workout will definitely leave your legs/booty feeling sore π
use a chair or counter for balance, no weights needed!
REPEAT 2-3x:
- 12 cross over single leg squats (each side)
- 12 jump squats
- 12 standing leg raises (each side)
- 10-12 standing donkey kicks/fire hydrants (each side)
- 10-12 dish rag single leg squats (each side)
