Well, I don’t know what to say, truth is I had no idea what BOOKLIST even was before November — I don’t know if you know.. but, @simonandschuster schooled me on the fact that in the publishing world it’s ⭐️⭐️⭐️ it’s pretty rare to get reviewed at all and even more rare for a positive one! So, I’m celebrating this!!! I think I’m supposed to be sharing way more about this book and I am making it a goal to try and do so but this little review with a handful of really nice words made my day! I was talking to another author (oh, I’m an author now!!!! 🙈🙀🤯🙏🏼:)) and she said hey it’s really hard to write a book and even harder to sell one— so, here I am asking you to go and preorder this book! A labor of love, full of tools, life changing neuroscience practices and soul cracked wide open stories, you need it, I promise!
