Perfect weather for a planting party at Yale! Swipe to see photos of students putting down roots at this Celebrate Sustainability event on Cross Campus. Participants planted ivy, bulbs, and other vegetation with help from master gardeners from Yale Landscape and Grounds. Also on display was the university’s new zero-emission landscape equipment, an example of Yale’s sustainability efforts. All week, community members have been participating in a variety of events that recognize the urgent need to adopt sustainable behaviors.
