AHHH! Ok, This one is special to me. Conceptualized & designed ‘Embedded’ - a capsule of storytelling that is rooted in celebrating and telling basketball specific stories. This first chapter is all about the appreciation of street-ball and it’s pretty obvious what particular moment...#RuckerPark, 2002. Poured love and attention into all the details in order to bring it to life in a classic & new way: court outline on the sockliner, embroidered zip code, exact color, removable basketball dubrae, material mix (cc: @floyd.hogan ) even down to writing the message on the in-box card to further story tell. This work began over a year and a half ago! I would have never imagined it would in turn be honoring an entire legacy that we now reminisce and reflect on #24 #8 🤲🏽🧡 A true labor of love
