Monday: 3x8 back squats (405lbs)
Tuesday: Snatch balance (275lbs), snatch (265lbs)
Wednesday: Back squat heavy single (475lbs)
Thursday: Snatch singles up to 275lbs w/ PR attempt at 290lbs
Saturday: Clean & Jerk singles up to 325lbs
Last clip is my new favorite accessory exercise for my back, currently using the Kbox.
Prep for the @socalwlc meet in April is looking good so far.
