BASE
â˘1 cup of almond meal
â˘1/2 cup of desiccated coconut
â˘Vanilla plant based protein sachet @arbonne
â˘2 table spoons of coconut oil (heat up coconut oil before adding to mixture)
â˘2 table spoons of rice malt syrup
â˘Mix and blend all together to create the base
â˘Grab your tray filled with baking paper up the sides
â˘Add bottom layer to the tray
MIDDLE FUDGE
â˘1/2 cup of Mayvers peanut butter smooth
â˘1/2 cup of rice malt syrup
â˘Put in microwave for 40 seconds and stir
*depending on the size of your tray you may need to add more peanut butter & rice malt syrup*
â˘Then add this fudge on top of the base layer
TOP LAYER
â˘Vegan chocolate - picco original milk choc is used here
â˘Add teaspoon of coconut oil to choc
â˘1/2 scoop of plant based choc protein @arbonne
â˘Melt in microwave for 30 seconds
â˘Pour onto middle layer
â˘Refrigerate until chocolate is set and matte looking
