24 years ago a friend found a photo of me and my then bf in the NYT style section. The story was about raver jeans! I’m on a pay phone (probably trying to buy drugs) having no idea a photo was taken. Fast forward to this week. I’m back in the NYT but this time a story about my book Chaos Theory, which chronicles many of those times I was on a pay phone looking for the next fix.
