It’s my bday and I’m feeling good. The older I get, the more I feel like my only goal is to feel the most alive I can feel during my time on the planet. Equal parts: don’t shrink from facing and feeling the hard parts, notice and revel in the exquisite beauty all around me, do all the things because there is no time to waste. A summer of family and adventure has me tearing up with joy. It’s my birthday but all I can feel is my overwhelming love for my extraordinary husband, my incredible kids, my exquisite mom and my awesome friends. I love you all a million.
