It’s no coincidence that during this time of year the suicide rate increases, depression is at an all-time high and therapists have no openings! It gets really challenging depending on your circumstances. I’m encouraging you to give yourself a break this season and do whatever you CAN do for yourself and your family this season. Get creative, get some cheap gift suggestions, get some ideas on Pinterest but whatever you do, get you some PEACE! Tag a mom who needs to hear this!!
