@rachel.m.burwell reminded me yesterday to worship our bellies. What An amazing combo of words “belly worship” We are soooo manipulated to suck them cuties in, to layer them with shaping, squeezing fabrics, and hide them away from the eye.. so much shame for soooo many years. Contracting all our hardworking internal organs just for an opinion of another or our own. We started to out-weight these seemingly harmless opinions above our internal and external health. We decided what “healthy” looks like from the generations of opinions. And now these thoughts sit in our pretty heads to dictate our life choices. OUR truth, where ReAL happiness and salvation live, became secondary. The balance is now broken even with This digital era of reminders to love your true self, which screams that it will make the entire world a better place for everyone if we only loved ourselves more - yet we still fall back short of what we taught ourselves make us LOOK stereotypically RIGHT. Hyper-neediness to be right. This poisonous addictive substance. We are Condemning our uniqueness on certain days and begging it to take us home on other days. Hear me out, it’s okay ...if today you feel like you need to LEAN into world-distracting thoughts x self-sabotaging, and self-bullying patterns. This CHAOS still takes place and we must honor its course, for your better days will ALWAYS come and the truth never leave you alone. That belly of yours you hide so willingly, sooooo full of magical GUT feeling,- your true beacon of light; it will always be the most accepting loving home that will never be ashamed of you.. that belly will never want to “tuck you into a box” .. if you choose to L I V E fully than do it,express F u L L y your beautiful being, you - it will cause your entire world of people shine happier.
