The cheesecakes of all cheesecakes 😍 I’m obsessed with basque cheesecakes at the moment and this one is pretty close to where I want it to be. Proper soft when still warm and then silky and custardy after a night in the fridge. I like mine on the saltier side too so I’ll crank that up a bit and play around a bit more with flour quantities. Will share the recipe soon!
