#AD Ellie and I have loved the Minions since we discovered the Despicable Me movies. Recently, we went to the cinema to watch the premiere of the new Minions: The Rise of Gru movie, and it was fantastic.💛 Cooking for a toddler or child can be challenging and they can be picky when it comes to veggies and not always excited to see salad on their plates. This week, I made a delicious Minion inspired salad for Ellie with @florettesalad Mixed Salad, served with oven baked potato slices, baked chicken breast cubes, cucumber, sweet corn and a paprika and yoghurt dip.
