I am so grateful that I had the opportunity to study at the Northeast School of Botanical Medicine this year. Here is a photo of our class on our final plant walk on Saturday taken by our teacher @7songsevensong. I learned so much in this program, I'll be reviewing and studying it for years to come - about botany, anatomy and physiology, plant constituents and uses, plant identification, and the importance of really listening when it comes to people's health. Thanks to the universe for opening this door for me. Plants are my co-pilots! Also, isn't the foliage extra beautiful this year?
