This is a very real fear that I myself carry as a digital photographer who on the daily watches videos of people using AI to render insane group human portraiture. It sucks to see. I definitely worry about a future in which photographers are no longer recognized in our society, like a lot of artists fear. Inevitably, we have entered an era in which our art is being recorded and stored, used in processing for artificial intelligence to learn how to replicate, imitate, and emulate humanity. Ultimately, I’m going to keep doing what I can, keep creating beautiful art that feels unique to me - and hopefully to you. To all the other artists out there, keep doing you.
