It’s easier to be kind to the world if you’re kind to yourself. It’s easier to love the world if you love yourself first. The way you tolerate the world is a reflection of your relationship with yourself. I’m evolving, growing and stepping into my power this year. I am carefully choosing relationships, deepening my relationship with myself, and addressing my trauma and trauma responses. This work is uncomfortable and scary but on the the other side of it is healing, connection and true intimacy. 🤍
