Science! Science on a polar expedition in one of the least studied places in the world does not happen on its own. It needs a strong and most importantly super enthusiastic team to make it work! I was lucky to have the full support and motivation of everyone on the team, and their individual skills allowed for the most ambitious science challenges to be successfully tackled along the way Out there in Greenland we did 15 different research experiments on the behalf of institutions like @nasa @universityatbuffalo @livuni @dmiredaktion, DTU Space, @universityofkansas, @ntnu, GEUS, to name a few! From collecting rocks cores on big walls for luminescence dating to dragging two Ground Penetrating Radars across the Renland Ice Cap or launching underwater robots for @Nasa in Nord Vest Fjord, this expedition was a dream come true for a glaciologist like me, and I felt honored to be trusted to bring some precious data (and samples) back to scientists from around the world. I cannot thank @alexhonnold @hazel_findlay @mikeylikesrocks @aldokane and @aadarmi enough for all their help with the science, and for staying always motivated for more science fun despite some soul-crushing rock drilling on several occasions ;)
