💫 A lot has changed in my life in the past 18 months. My relationships, my faith, and my work has all shifted {evolved} in major ways. One of the hardest (and somewhat surprising) parts of change is how uncomfortable it makes *other* people. I have truly had to fight for the courage to make the decisions I needed to live my most authentic, healthy life - despite other people’s judgement, discomfort, or lack of understanding. . And, I get it. We are wired to fear and resist change. It’s scary when someone you know goes from being married for 16+ years and singing on stage at church to getting divorced and staying home on Sundays. When other people change, it disrupts the comfort we cling to through stability and familiarity. But...what if we didn’t change?🦋 .
