tbh I’m feelin SMOL. And that’s not a great feeling when you went through 3 bulks 🫠😬⬇️
I took 8 weeks off from lifting in the beginning/middle of the summer and lost a decent amount of muscle mass. Kinda feels like I’m starting from square one. :(
Scientifically I know I’m not and that you don’t really lose THAT much muscle taking a month or two off, but it sure feels like it.
The good news is every session I’m able to lift more and more so we are on the path to getting my strength back 😇
I’d be lying if I said this is easy. It’s not. But I’m in fitness for the long run, so I don’t need to sprint my way there :)
