Sugar free strawberries cookies and whipped cream dessert 🍓🍧 Easy and delicious summer dessert made with @natvialiving sweetener ,perfect treat for adults and kids and easy to make . You will need : Handful of strawberries ( or any berries you fancy ) plus some for berry sauce if you like . 1/2 cup double cream 1tbsp @natvialiving Vanilla extract (vanilla bean )few drops Few sugar free biscuits of your choice . To decorate : almond flakes,dry strawberries or mint . Instructions : Start by whisking double cream with sweetener and vanilla .Once ready set aside and let it cool in the fridge .🍥 Meanwhile cut berries in half . Add some berries into the serving glass , followed by some crushed biscuits , then add a spoonful of cream , repeat again . I like to add some blended strawberries to my desserts (strawberry sauce ) if berries are sweet enough just blend it and pour over or add some sweetener if needed .
