Probably shouldn’t post this but I’m going to anyway. Threats of getting full custody because of ppd & anxiety that I had long before she was even born. Proof that I’ve done therapy, counseling, one voluntary admission, seeing my doctor every 6-8w, always trying new medication, taking it regularly, keeping myself under control. You can say whatever you want about me. But an unfit mother is not one. I raised my baby up on my OWN. A teen mom left alone with a baby is going to take a mental toll, no matter who you are. But I got the help I needed ON MY OWN. And I’m depression free. I work on my anxiety EVERY DAY because no one wants to deal with it. But my kids don’t see it, nor will they EVER. Using mental health in court to get custody is about the lowest of the low, and threatening to get full custody because of it? I do everything, EVERYTHING for both my girls and no one is going to stop me.
