“People that are doing well are not worried about other people,” says @lourdesleon, our latest #CutCover star. Though you may know her as Madonna’s daughter, the model-choreographer, dancer and, more recently, singer — she just released her first EP, ‘Go,’ under the name Lolahol — is doing a lot to distinguish herself. “Nepotism babies are pretty awful usually, and my mom and my father raised me to be so much smarter than that,” she says. In recent years, Lourdes, who likes to go by Lola, has fronted campaigns for Savage X Fenty and Marc Jacobs, walked runways for Mugler and Marine Serre, and now she’s breaking into music. On the train ride to her interview, she listened to ‘Go’ on her headphones and admits to getting emotional.
