Sometimes you only realise what impact the environment around you has on you after it has changed drastically. These past few weeks have showed me nature plays such a big part in my mood and I need it to fully relax and let go of work in my spare time. It’s been wonderful to have the opportunity to regularly enjoy these scenes while also spending more time outdoors compared to before. Things like the urge to bingewatch tv shows are completely gone and must say I am very happy about this change 😁👌
