A year ago, I had such severe plantar fasciitis that running was extremely painful and joyless. I am in a different place now! And gosh, IT FEELS SO GOOD. Another moment of gratitude. I did the boot (but not the strasbourg sock because it was painful and uncomfortable). Finally, I got the cortisone shot at the podiatrist and that is what made the biggest difference for me.
