We asked Mr. Okabayashi, who runs Okabayashi Farm, about how the citrus farm and coffee met, and his mind. Gayo mountain coffee from Aceh, Indonesia goes well with sweets made from citrus fruits from Okabayashi Farm, and the citrus coffee soda, which combines citrus syrup and espresso, is perfect for this season.
