This is a film about two queer people living on opposite coasts, who meet for the first time after months of talking on a dating app — after months of being socially distant, but emotionally inseparable. We filmed this almost a year ago to the day, but, in many ways, it already feels like a time capsule. I hope our little film reaches you whenever you next need a moment to recharge. I hope it can provide even just a few minutes of gentle warmth. And I hope it reminds you of that miraculous sensation we experience, when we look into the eyes of someone we love and instantly feel everything that’s so precious about being alive.
