I went to an alternation appointment for a dress by myself the other day and it was such an experience. The last 3-4 years of my life I’ve given myself to others and put myself last. Finally being the center of attention in the dressing room getting fitted for a dress ....a part of me came back and I felt like ME again. I now have a emotional connection to this place lol I was literally treated like a queen! While being a mother I sometimes forget who I am personally but I am also becoming who I thought I would be and more. The day I’m able to balance both selfcare and being a mother it’s over lol 😂 yall going to be sick of me haha! But as of now giving my entire self to my family is not only a blessing but just a habit and until my job as a wife and mother becomes a little easier I am okay with working my ass off to build what I always dreamed of having🤍 #family #balance #transparency #motherhood #motherhoodunplugged
