⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wow!!! Is all I have to say!! This was my first book by Anthony Doerr and it did not disappoint! The book is told throughout 3 different timelines and follows 5 separate characters so it could easily be a jumbled mess but Anthony Doerr has a way of establishing trust between the story and the reader that you can’t help but finish. My edition is about 570 pages and I read it in an entire long weekend, I could not put it down. All of the questions that I had were answered by the end and it was just such a satisfying read. It was fantastical but still incredibly down to earth and relatable. Will be thinking of this book for a long time to come!
